The Student Council

At Southern Academy of SDA, students are encouraged to have a voice in school affairs. The Students’ Council is made up of all students (one to five). The executive is constructed with students from the upper school while class representatives (one per class), is also represented in the council.

Student Council elections are held at the begining of the school year.

Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month at lunchtime and any other time as deemed necessary. Here, each student has the opportunity to air their views on all aspects of school life and to make recommendations for improvements through any member of the Students’ Council.
