Visiting the School
General Guidelines
Visitors to the school should be dressed in modest attire as outlined in the dress code.
A visitor to the school will be issued a visitors badge and then directed to the Office by the security and must go directly there.
Members of the Office staff will attend to the needs of the visitor.
Only parents/legal guardian are permitted on the compound to deal with disciplinary matters regarding their child/ward.
No visitor to the school should go to a class or the staff room, unless permission is granted by the Principal or Vice Principal. Such permission will normally be given in written form, or the visitor will be escorted by a member of staff.
No visitor to the school should approach a teacher or other staff without the expressed permission of the Principal or Vice Principal. A visitor desirous of seeing a teacher or another member of staff, would be invited to sit in the lobby while the member of staff is called.
Parents/legal guardians must make an appointment with the office if they require a meeting with teachers or a member of Administration. Parents who visit unannounced will be asked to make an appointment or wait in the lobby until the teacher/Administrator is available.
Parents desirous of the child/charge celebrating occasions (such as birthdays) with their classmates must first consult the Form teacher or Administration before bringing food stuff and other items on the compound.
Dress Code for Visitors
Parents/guardians are always welcome to visit the school concerning their child/charge. Please note that it is advisable to make a prior appointment and to check with the security personnel before visiting the Office.
Dress Code in Effect
No vest / arm-less tops
No slippers
No short skirts/trousers
In dealing with matters students MUST WEAR CORRECT UNIFORM when accompanied by parents.
The school reserves the right to refuse dealing with matters when students are out of uniform.
