Re-branding 

In keeping with a mandate handed down by the Executive Committee of the South Caribbean Conference of SDA to have uniformity among all SDA schools in Trinidad, Southern Academy enagaged in a rebranding initiative. 

As part of the re-branding exercise, the school’s logo was changed. This was approved by the Executive School Board and the Executive Committee of the South Caribbean Conference.

The three-pronged flame represents: Building Faith, Building Character and Building Excellence.

1. Building Faith - Our faith is the core of what makes SASDA unique. 

2. Building Character - SASDA educates the whole student in heart, body, and mind.

3. Building Excellence - SASDA will help students  build skills and competencies.

The white shirts and tie will be worn from Monday to Wednesday and the polo shirt is to be worn on Thursdays and Fridays. The polo would also be worn for field trips.
