To brand the SASDA difference with the theme "Building Faith, Character, and Excellence," our strategic goals aim to ensure all groups within the school; students, families, staff, and the wider community, feel recognised and connected to the school's ethos.

Goals for Building Faith

1. Integrate Spiritual Growth Across Curriculum and Activities
   Develop and implement a comprehensive spiritual curriculum that nurtures faith in every subject and extracurricular activity, ensuring students experience faith-building in academics, arts, and athletics.

2. Enhance Community Worship and Service Opportunities
   Increase opportunities for students to participate in chapel services, prayer groups, mission trips, and community outreach programs to deepen their personal and collective faith.

3. Strengthen Family and Community Faith Engagement
   Create regular events and communications that invite families and the community to participate in spiritual life, such as family worship nights, faith-based workshops, and intergenerational Bible studies.

1. Develop a School-wide Code of Ethics Reflecting SDA Values
   Define and consistently promote values such as integrity, respect, responsibility, and compassion through all school policies, student expectations, and staff modeling.

2. Implement Leadership and Mentorship Programs
   Establish programs where older students mentor younger peers, and students are encouraged to take leadership roles that foster accountability, kindness, and perseverance.
