SEA Registration (2023/2024)

Download, fill and sign the Registration Form before coming in. Ensure both you and your child have a working email address.

Originals/Copies of the following documents must be submitted with the Registration Form.

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:

Birth Certificate, Immunization Card, Passport Photos (2), SEA Placement Slip, Clinical Assessment (if child was assessed for a Learning Disability), Medical Report (if child has a medical condition), Parent/Legal Guardian National Identification Card, National Identification Card of persons authorized to collect the child from school, Court Order (if one parent has custody),

Due upon registration for all new students:

Student Insurance (5 yr. coverage): TTD$100.00

LMS & SIS (5 yr. coverage): TTD$700.00

Library and Lab Dues (Termly fee): TTD$100.00
