About Us

Southern Academy of SDA is a private, non-profit, missionary secondary school which is sponsored and  supported by the South Caribbean Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and the sixty-three (63) constituent Adventist churches of south Trinidad. Its operations are supervised by  an Executive Board selected  from the constituent districts. The institution offers academic classes from Form 1 to From 5 mainly for the Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) Examinations. The focus also embraces a fundamental Christian education along the lines of Seventh-day Adventism, which serves to mold individuals holistically and redemptively.

Students seeking admission into this Christian school, together with their parents/guardians, must pledge their support for the principles, programmes, teachers and administration. Active and participatory agreement with the standards, philosophies and ideals  must be maintained.

The Board of Directors and Administration, however, reserve the right to change policies or requirements as the need arises, during the course of the school year.
